At Nura Beauty, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our hair care and body care products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased.

We take great care to ensure all products are accurately described and of the highest quality before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 060 715 2925 with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will assess each case individually and work to find a suitable resolution.
